The Southern & Darling Downs
We’ve worked closely with the Warwick Council and community organisations for events like the Community Christmas Tree Festival, delivered stage and lighting for the Warwick Rodeo featuring Shannon Noll, Jumpers & Jazz and supported local colleges around Toowoomba with professional audio-visual setups. Our expertise also extends to major regional events, including the Texas Country Music Festival in the Goondiwindi Region and award nights further north near Roma.
Brisbane & Ipswich
Greenlight Productions brings professional lighting, audio and visual expertise to events across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich, including expert building lighting and design installations, Wedding lighting/ sound and corporate events. We work with local venues, schools and organisations – from St Mary’s College in Ipswich, to collaborations with Brisbane City Council on community festivals like the Nundah Festival, Forest Lake Christmas Carols and Carrols at Witton in Indooroopilly, creating fun and engaging stage experiences.
Logan City & Gold Coast
We collaborate with Logan City venues and community organisations, including the Logan Diggers Club, providing professional lighting, audio, and visual setups that bring people together. From council events and community celebrations to venue productions, we deliver every project with precision, creativity, and care. On the Gold Coast, our work includes permanent lighting installations like the Aquinas College Basketball Hall, where we designed and installed a custom system to enhance both functionality and atmosphere.

Bringing Forest Lake Carols to Life
Here’s a look at the planning and setup process that goes into creating the annual Forest Lake Carols event:
February: We start with a debrief to plan improvements.
June: Sub-hires are booked — including the stage, generator, toilets, lighting, audio and vision.
Event Week: We check the site, set up the stage and lighting, deliver the LED screen, and run AV testing and soundchecks ready for a 6:30 PM start.
Pack Down: Everything is removed after the show (toilets the next day) — wrapping up another successful event.
